Refund policy

Refunds: We accept refunds up to 5 days after the item has been delivered. Refund will be processed once returned item is back in our studio. Customer pays return shipping charges.

Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted up to 5 days after the item is marked as delivered. Customer covers shipping charges. We only exchange items that are in NEW condition and do not show signs of wear. 

Sale items: Returns/refunds are not accepted on sale items. 

Deliveries: Once the parcel is marked as delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to make sure that the parcel is retrieved from the letterbox/mailbox in a timely manner to avoid it being lost or stolen. Stay up to date on the location of your parcel by following the link provided.
